Due to the nature of making repairs or alterations to your jewellery, there is a chance that the stone will become damaged during the process. Before commencing on your repair, our craftsmen will require a small amount of the ashes in the event that they need to remake the stone. Stones that are remade will look the same as a new stone but the arrangement of the ashes within the stone will be different to the original. Please confirm you understand this by ticking the box below.

Due to the nature of making repairs or alterations to your jewellery, there is a chance that the stone will become damaged during the process and we may need to remake the stone.
