Our solid glass gemstones are specially toughened for durability and require no special care to protect them. However, your jewellery should still be treated with the care it deserves.

Lifetime Guarantee

Your Ashes into Glass jewellery is guaranteed for life against manufacturing faults.

If your jewellery develops a manufacturing or material fault, we will repair or remake it free of charge.

The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss, normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Chains are not covered by the lifetime guarantee.

Repairs or alterations carried out by another jeweller will void the guarantee. If your jewellery ever needs attention, please contact us and our team will be happy to help.

Solid Glass Gemstones

Our solid glass gemstones are specially toughened to withstand the knocks and bumps of normal wear.

Water, sunlight, perfumes, cosmetics and hand sanitiser will not harm the gemstone. It does not need to be removed or specially protected from them.

White Gold

White gold is rhodium plated to give it its bright white finish. With wear, this plating may gradually fade, revealing the natural pale gold colour beneath.

Silver

Silver can naturally tarnish over time. Tarnish is not permanent and can be removed using the polishing cloth supplied with your jewellery.

Chains

To protect your chain, we recommend removing your necklace during sporting activities, manual work and while sleeping, when the chain is more likely to become caught or pulled.

Chains are not covered by our lifetime guarantee.

Paperweights

Please do not place your memorial paperweight in direct sunlight. Glass can magnify sunlight and may cause damage to surfaces.

Alterations & Repairs

Please do not allow another jeweller to alter or repair your Ashes into Glass jewellery.
