Once you place your order, we will send you an Ashes into Glass Ordering Pack containing everything you need to send the ashes to us safely, including an ashes bag, spoon and prepaid return envelope.

You can also bring the ashes to us in person at Barleylands Glassworks.

Yes. The ashes are permanently held within the solid glass gemstone and remain clearly visible in the finished piece. Their natural appearance creates a unique pattern within every gemstone.

No. You can begin your order without knowing your ring size. We will send you a ring sizer with your Ordering Pack so that you can confirm the size before your jewellery is made.

Your jewellery will be completed within 4 - 6 weeks from when we receive the ashes.

Yes. Our solid glass gemstones are specially toughened to withstand the knocks and bumps of everyday wear and require no special protection as you go about your day.

Water, sunlight, perfumes, cosmetics and hand sanitiser will not harm the gemstone.

Yes. Ashes into Glass jewellery is guaranteed for life against manufacturing faults.

If your jewellery develops a manufacturing or material fault, we will repair or remake it free of charge. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss, normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Chains are not covered by our lifetime guarantee.

Yes. Our showroom at Barleylands Glassworks in Billericay, Essex is open six days a week, where you can see the complete Ashes into Glass collection.

Our glassmaking workshops are alongside the showroom, and we also hold regular Open Days when you can step inside, meet our craftspeople and see how the gemstones are made.
