Our memorial cufflinks are a comforting reminder of a lost friend or family member, ensuring a part of them is still with you in your day-to-day and during the important times when you miss them the most. The stunning gemstone of our high-quality cufflinks are made from your loved one’s ashes, using our patented, expert process. These striking stones are available in one of five distinct colours, and surrounded in enduring sterling silver, gold or white gold. As well as containing your loved one’s ashes within our delicate cufflinks, we offer a thoughtful tribute by diamond-point inscribing the back with your own personal message. That way, the thoughts and sentiment of this special person, will be there forever.
Ordering with Ashes into Glass is completed in stages. We don't need the ashes or your final jewellery details when you place your order.
Simply choose your jewellery design and place your order online. Then, we'll send you a free ordering pack containing everything you need to complete your order and safely send us the ashes. This is when you'll confirm the remaining details, including your ring size.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you confirmation detailing your order number, the products you have ordered and your expected delivery date. The expected delivery date is a guide only and the actual delivery date may be before or after this date.
Completed orders are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked & Signed for service, a £12 delivery charge applies which will be added to your order. Any delivery queries should be reported to Royal Mail.
We will refund the full amount of your order if you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or jewellery. The ashes from your jewellery will be taken out and reinstated with the rest of the ashes.
How much ashes do I need to send?
We require one teaspoonful of ashes per order. Any remaining ashes are returned to you unless you request us to keep them on file for future orders.
How do I get the ashes to you?
We provide Ordering Packs which contain everything you need to place an order including a secure bag for the ashes, ring sizer and a prepaid return envelope to send your order to us.
How long does the process take?
Your order will be completed within 4-6 weeks from the time your returned Order Pack with ashes is received with us.
How durable is the jewellery? Can I wear it all the time?
Ashes into Glass ® jewellery is made to be worn and to last. The glass is toughened and is almost diamond-hard. The metal part of your jewellery will wear, like all precious metal.
