From first seeing our website, to receiving our Ordering Pack, to knowing where they have sent the ashes, to the care we give our clients throughout the whole process, to the finest quality finished product, beautifully packaged. Our clients know exactly how the items are made and where the ashes are kept. We are very open about our service and families have the option to come along to our workshop to see their items being made. We do these things because we want clients to talk positively about their experience with us. In this way, word will spread.”

Our family has nothing but praise for the excellent work that Ashes into Glass has done. We purchased a paperweight to remember our lovely dog and it is perfect. From the craftsmanship, to the sales team, to the communication, nothing could be faulted. We got strong feelings of empathy, friendliness and understanding as soon as we stepped into their shop and that continued through the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to remember their loved one in this way.

Such beautiful pieces, can be very personal in a private way too as you would never know they were memorial pieces unless you choose to share. We had a blue ring some time ago for our older daughter and this year earrings for our younger daughter - we chose blue (the colour of my fathers eyes) which was a memorial of their granddad so they would have the something new and something blue and of course a bit of grandad with them as they walked down the aisle. Great service both times and priceless.

Absolutely over the moon with this necklace it’s so beautiful. I needed it for a birthday gift for a specific date and was so worried that it wouldn’t be done in time but ashes into glass said they would do there very best and they didn’t disappoint. Communication throughout was amazing and reassuring.
