Description

An Ashes into Glass Gift Certificate is a heartfelt gift for friends or relatives and can be purchased at any amount you wish.

Gift Certificates are supplied with a Welcome Pack which contains everything needed to place an order including an Ashes into Glass brochure, a secure bag for the ashes, a ring sizing gauge and a return envelope. When the recipient wishes to redeem the Gift Card they return their order pack along with the Gift Card.

The value of the Gift Certificate will be taken off the price of the jewellery. The remaining payment will be taken 4-6 weeks after receiving the ashes, when the jewellery has been created and is ready to be shipped.

If you would like to decide which memorial you would like later, you can request a Free Ordering Pack which contains everything you need to place an order. You only need one Ordering Pack for as many items as you would like.

How much ashes do I need to send?
We require one teaspoonful of ashes per order. Any remaining ashes are returned to you unless you request us to keep them on file for future orders.

How do I get the ashes to you?
We provide Ordering Packs which contain everything you need to place an order including a secure bag for the ashes, ring sizer and a prepaid return envelope to send your order to us.

How long does the process take?
Your order will be completed within 4-6 weeks from the time your returned Order Pack with ashes is received with us.

How durable is the jewellery? Can I wear it all the time?
Ashes into Glass ® jewellery is made to be worn and to last. The glass is toughened and is almost diamond-hard. The metal part of your jewellery will wear, like all precious metal.

Do you offer a guarantee?
