The charm beads we ordered are beautiful. My stepdaughter and I have worn them every day since receiving them. Only someone who has loved and lost a beloved dog will appreciate having such a treasured token. It does help with the grief process, knowing she is with us everyday, everywhere we go. They were beautifully packaged and presented which made receiving them even more special. I also appreciated the phone call to arrange delivery, to ensure that someone would be home to receive them.
